A Message from the Board Chair
"Welcome to Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley. We are a nonprofit organization committed to bringing a quality entertaining and educational product to
adults wishing to learn more about what it means to be a volunteer. Our goal is to provide class members with the skills to enhance their contributions to the organizations that they wish to serve. This year we are welcoming the 20th class to the program. We are pleased to have been part of the community for the last 20 years and look forward to many more. We invite you to look through the website and to consider joining our program."

Leadership All-Kiski Valley Class XX kicked-off
|
LAKV Class XIX held a graduation breakfast at Northern Westmoreland Career & Technology Center on May 19th. After enjoying a delicious meal prepared by the school’s culinary students, LAKV Class Representatives Lisa Matta (Mary Queen of Apostles School) and Jeanne McDonald (accessAbilities) shared stories and perspectives from their LAKV experience. In particular, they enjoyed the behind-the-scenes access to leaders and organizations in the Alle-Kiski Valley, and their new network of friends from the Class. Lisa and Jeanne are now serving on the Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley Board of Directors and are contributing their energy and insight to help the program continue to improve for incoming classes. |
