Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley is a program dedicated to identifying and educating individuals with potential for leadership positions in a variety of community organizations in the Alle-Kiski Valley.  

Initiated in 1992, the program is now sponsored by the Allegheny Valley, Armstrong County, Northern Westmoreland and StrongLand Chambers of Commerce.  It is governed by a twenty member independent board of directors.  

More than 150 program graduates now serve in volunteer leadership positions for many area church, culture and arts, environmental, educational, human service, and recreational organizations.


Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Service.

Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley is a member of the National Association For Community Leadership
